Returns Policy
We hope you love your VITRA purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How to Return
Email yours246mart@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
